Huichun Yang is a Taiwanese experimental musician and creative technologist based in Brooklyn, New York. Working with self-built wooden instruments, balloons, mouth harps, electronics, and computer processing, she transforms breath, touch, and bodily tension into sound. She performs solo and in collaborative projects including Oreo Cookie Therapy and EndGrain. Her work has been presented internationally at festivals and venues including ICMC, Non-Event, EESF, and the SOUND/IMAGE Festival.
